SUPERVALU Inc. (NYSE: SVU) 24.6% LOWER; to review alternatives, suspends dividend. Reported Q1 EPS of $0.19, $0.19 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.38. Revenue for the quarter came in at $10.6 billion versus the consensus estimate of $10.81 billion.

Calix, Inc. (NYSE: CALX) 21.9% LOWER; preliminary estimates for the second quarter are for revenue to be approximately $79 million, flat with the first quarter of 2012, and non-GAAP earnings per share to be 4 cents per share, up from 1 cent per share in the first quarter of 2012. The Street see revs of $95.1 million and EPS of $0.10.

Callaway Golf (NYSE: ELY) 5.2% LOWER; today announced the implementation of cost-reduction initiatives that are expected to generate approximately $52 million in gross annualized savings. The comprehensive action, which includes a 12% reduction in workforce that impacted all regions and all levels of the organization. The company reported preliminary Q2 EPS of 5 cents on sales of $280 million. The Street was looking for EPS of 5 cents on sales of $285.69 million. Sees FY12 loss of 55-75 cents per share, which compares to the Street estimate of 21 cent loss.

ImmunoGen, Inc. (Nasdaq: IMGN) 5.1% LOWER; announced today that it intends to offer for sale its common stock in an underwritten public offering.

Safeway (NYSE: SWY) 2.8% LOWER; falling amid the SUPERVALU news.

Marriott International Inc. (NYSE: MAR) 2.2% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.42, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.42. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.83 billion. Sees Q3 2012 EPS of $0.39-$0.41, versus the consensus of $0.37. Sees FY2012 EPS of $1.65-$1.75, versus the consensus of $1.65.

New York Mortgage Trust, Inc. (Nasdaq: NYMT) 2.1% LOWER; has commenced an underwritten registered public offering of 3,750,000 shares of common stock. NYMT also expects to grant the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 562,500 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.

Hologic, Inc. (NASDAQ: HOLX) 1.2% LOWER; sees Q3 sales of $470 million and adj-EPS of 34-35 cents, which compares to the Street estimates of $477.45 million and EPS of 34 cents. The company reaffirmed the low-end of its full year 2012 revenue guidance of $1.9 billion and its non-GAAP adjusted EPS range of $1.36 to $1.38.
