hhgregg, Inc. (NYSE: HGG) 22% LOWER; sees Q1 sales of about $490 million and a net loss of 17-16 cents per share. The Street is looking for sales of $509.2 million and a loss of 4 cents per share. Lowered its FY13 EPS estimate from $1.12-$1.27 to $0.90-$1.05, which compares to the Street estimate of $1.20.
VOXX International (NASDAQ: VOXX) 15.4% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.20), versus $0.11 reported last year and compared to the analyst estimate of a $0.10 gain. Revenue for the quarter came in at $194 million versus the consensus estimate of $207.83 million. VOXX International reaffirmed FY2013 sales guidance, reduced EBITDA guidance for the year to account solely for the settlement charge of $8.4 million.
OCZ Technology Group (NASDAQ: OCZ) 7.8% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.17), $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.12). Revenue for the quarter came in at $113.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $115.72 million. Sees Q2 2012 revenue of $130-$140 million, versus the consensus of $132.7 million. Sees FY2013 revenue of $630-$700 million, versus the consensus of $653.9 million.
Best Buy (NYSE: BBY) 7.7% LOWER; trading lower amid hhgregg's warning.
Prospect Capital (Nasdaq: PSEC) 5.5% LOWER; will offer 21 million shares of its common stock. The company has granted Barclays (the sole book-running agent) a 30-day option to purchase up to 3.15 million additional shares.
