Senior Housing Properties Trust (NYSE: SNH) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share, or $1.52 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 26, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 24, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 22, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.7 percent.
