Shares of LaCrosse Footwear (Nasdaq: BOOT) have surged a whopping 81 percent in Friday's pre-market session following news late Thursday ABC-MART entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the company for about $20 per share in cash. The deal is valued at about $138 million.
