Benchmark reiterates a 'Buy' on AeroVironment (NASDAQ: AVAV) price target of $38.00.
Analyst, Josephine Millward, said, "AVAV has a strong balance sheet with $200 million in cash ($8.95 share). Valuation remains compelling based on AV's above average, double-digit, long-term growth prospects from a portfolio of innovative technology solutions at various stages of customer adoption. We also believe AVAV becomes a highly attractive acquisition target in defense industry consolidation when the Switchblade or Global Observer moves into production in the coming years."
