Nomura Securities maintains a 'Neutral' on Windstream (NASDAQ: WIN) price target of $12.00.
Analyst, Mike McCormack, said, "In our view, the key debate will remain focused on capital intensity, and the ability to balance revenue growth with dividend sustainability. Management remains adamant that the dividend is secure, and could increase over the next five years. We remain unconvinced that the dividend policy is appropriate given the changing mixture of the business, relatively high leverage, and cash flow pressures mounting from higher cash taxes and lower ICC revenue."
