WP Carey & Co (NYSE: WPC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.567 per share, or $2.268 annualized. This is a 0.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.565.

The dividend will be payable on July 16, 2012, to stockholders of record on July 2, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 28, 2012.
