Susser Petroleum Partners LP (Nasdaq: SUSP) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering amount is $200 million. Susser PP plans to list on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker, "SUSP."
The offering is being made through BofA/Merrill Lynch and Barclays.
Susser Petroleum Partners a growth-oriented Delaware limited partnership formed by Susser Holdings Corporation (Nasdaq: SUSS), or SHC, to engage in the primarily fee-based wholesale distribution of motor fuels to SHC and third parties.
The offering is being made through BofA/Merrill Lynch and Barclays.
