Hatteras Financial (NYSE: HTS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.90 per share, or $3.6 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 20, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 29, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 27, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 12.3 percent.
