Adobe (ADBE) Beats Q2 Views; Q3 Guidance Looks Light, Revises FY12 Outlook Lower

Adobe Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADBE) reported Q2 EPS of $0.60, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.59. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.12 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.11 billion.

Sees Q3 2012 EPS of $0.56-$0.61, versus the consensus of $0.61. Adobe Systems, Inc. sees Q3 2012 revenue of $1.075-$1.13 million, versus the consensus of $1.13 million.

Sees FY12 adj-EPS of $2.40-$2.46, which compares to the Street estimate of $2.44. The company previously guided earnings to $2.38-$2.48 per share. Sees sales up 6-7 percent, compared to prior guidance of 6-8 percent growth.
