Walgreen Company (NYSE: WAG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.275 per share, or $1.1 annualized. This is a 22.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.225.
The dividend will be payable on September 12, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 17, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 15, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.4 percent.
