Owens Corning (NYSE: OC) has elected Suzanne P. Nimocks to the company's Board of Directors effective Sept. 12, 2012. Ms. Nimocks is a retired director of McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm.
Ms. Nimocks is a member of several Boards of Directors, including Encana (NYSE: ECA), a natural gas exploration and production company based in Calgary, Canada; Rowan Companies (NYSE: RDC), London, U.K. a drilling contractor; ArcelorMittal (NYSE: MT), the world's largest steel company and Valerus, a privately held natural gas compression company based in Houston, Texas.
