Hamilton Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: HBK) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $37.03 million. Hamilton Bancorp plans to list on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker, "HBK."
The offering is being made through Stifel Nicolaus Weisel.
