Lexington Realty Trust (NYSE: LXP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share, or $0.5 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 16, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 29, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 27, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.1 percent.
