Fidelity NASDAQ Composite Index Fund ETF-Tracking NASDAQ Composite Index (NASDAQ: ONEQ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.26 per share, or $1.04 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 22, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 19, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 15, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.9 percent.
