Nokia (NYSE: NOK) July call option implied volatility is at 94, October is at 82; above its 26-week average of 67 according to Track Data, suggesting larger price movement into lowering guidance, leadership changes and plans reduce up to 10,000 positions. BMO Capital lowered its price target to $2.30 from $4 and say’s “Recovery seems less likely as company misses again.”
