Brean Murray Carret & Co. reiterates a 'Buy' on Guess (NYSE: GES) price target of $37.00.

Analyst, Erir Beder, said, "We believe, while international woes remain an investor concern, that GUESS? management is seeing signs of stabilization in Europe and a return to growth in Korea. Further in the domestic markets, the company believes they are on the right track to crafting a materially stronger business model, driven by stronger fashion offering, higher pricing and lower inventory levels...With shares trading near 52-wk lows, we believe the risk/reward in this slowly building turnaround remains impressive and we continue to be buyers of GES."

Beder also noted that a new positive medium-term driver is the company's aggressive move to downsize store sizes, from approx. 5K sq ft to 3K sq ft.
