Shares of Seagate (NYSE: STX) are up more than 2 percent in Monday's after-hours session following a 13G filing from David Einhorn's Greenlight Capital which showed a boosted stake in the company.
Einhorn now holds more than 23.1 million shares of Seagate, up from about 14.5 million for the quarter ended March 31st, 2012.
Seagate shares last traded at $23 even after closing at $22.56.
