Colony Financial (CLNY) Raises Quarterly Dividend 2.9% to $0.35;Yields 8.3%

Colony Financial (NYSE: CLNY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.35 per share, or $1.4 annualized. This is a 2.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.34.

The dividend will be payable on July 16, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 29, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 27, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 8.3 percent.
