UBS upgraded NVIDIA (NASDAQ: NVDA) from Neutral to Buy. PT unchanged at $15.50.

Analyst, Uche Orji, cited four reasons for the move up to 'Buy' including: 1) attractive risk-reward with the recent share pullback, 2) emerging lead role for the Windows-on-ARM campaign (Nasdaq: MSFT), 3) Kepler GPU product cycle coupled with likely resilient attach rates, 4) Professional Solutions Business continues to drive operating profit.

UBS maintains FY13 EPS estimate at $0.72 (in-line w/consensus) and FY14 at $0.89 (vs. $0.94 Street consensus)
