Cantor Fitzgerald Upgrades EMC (EMC) to Buy; Predictable, High Quality Recurring Revenue

Cantor Fitzgerald upgraded EMC (NYSE: EMC) from Hold to Buy with a price target of $30.00 (from $31.00).

Analyst, Paul Mansky, said, "With a high percentage recurring revenue, a broad product refresh, and aggressive channel expansion, EMC carries the highest quality and most predictable earnings in our group, in our view. Although the pace of margin expansion moderates near-term (disk drive inventory replacement), we view this as immaterial to the longer-term expansion trends."
