Universal Health Realty Income Trust (NYSE: UHT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.615 per share, or $2.46 annualized. This is a 0.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.61.

The dividend will be payable on June 29, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 18, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 14, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.3 percent.
