Barclays maintains an 'Equalweight' on US Steel (NYSE: X) price target of $32.00.
Analyst, David Gagliano, said, "While investor day provided a solid deep dive into X's strategic opportunities, in our view the main issue remains a challenging operating environment, driven by stagnant demand, excessive imports, and falling raw material prices. Until expectations for the above issues turn more favorable, we maintain our view that it is too early to buy US Steel."
