Iron Mountain Incorporated (NYSE: IRM) 15% HIGHER; has unanimously approved a plan for the company to pursue conversion to a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). This decision follows a thorough analysis and careful consideration of ways to maximize value through alternative financing, capital and tax strategies. Mattress Firm (NASDAQ: MFRM) 11% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.31, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.25. Revenue for the quarter came in at $209.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $210.75 million. Mattress Firm reaffirmed FY2012 guidance. Sees Q2 sales of $270-$275 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $277.8 million. Reaffirmed FY2012 guidance, raised EPS outlook from $1.40-$1.48 to $1.46-$1.50.

Coinstar (Nasdaq: CSTR) 3.4% HIGHER; said to ink deal with Starbucks (Nasdaq: SBUX) for thousands of Seattle's Best coffee kiosks, according to Dow Jones newswires.

Guidewire Software (NYSE: GWRE) 2% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.10, ex-items, vs. the analyst estimate of ($0.02). Revenue for the quarter came in at $57 million versus the consensus estimate of $52.24 million.

Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance (NASDAQ: ULTA) 1% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.54, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.53. Revenue for the quarter came in at $474.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $473.86 million. Comparable store sales increased 10.1%. Sees Q2 2012 EPS of $0.49-$0.51, versus the consensus of $0.48. Sees Q2 2012 revenue of $466-$473 million, versus the consensus of $467 million.
