Garmin Ltd (GRMN) Raises Quarterly Dividend 12.5% to $0.45; 4.3% Yield

Garmin Ltd (NASDAQ: GRMN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.45 per share, or $1.8 annualized. This is a 12.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.40.

The dividend will be payable on June 29, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 15, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 13, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.3 percent.

The company also declared $0.45 per share quarterly cash dividends for Sept and Dec 2012 and March 2013.
