Standpoint Research Upgrades TIM Participacoes (TSU) to Buy; Jumping Back Into A Few Good Names

Standpoint Research upgraded TIM Participacoes (NYSE: TSU) from Hold to Buy with a price target of $30.00.

Analyst, Ronnie Moas, said, "As the market is coming down, names that were dropped are now trading at or below where they were when they were originally recommended. They are once again looking attractive to me. We reinstated Baxter (NYSE: BAX) and Foster Wheeler (Nasdaq: FWLT) earlier today (intraday), and are reinstating a third name here...The Brazilian market has been oversold and underperformed the S&P-500 by 2500 bps since March 1. We want to reinstate one of our Brazilian names at this time."
