Modine Manufacturing Co. (NYSE: MOD) reported Q4 EPS of $0.34, $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of $0.23. Revenue for the quarter came in at $388.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $406.38 million.

Sees FY2012 EPS of $0.60-$0.70, versus the consensus of $0.71.
