Neonode, Inc. (Nasdaq: NEON) 27.2% HIGHER; moving higher following a bullish SeekingAlpha piece by James Altucher. In the article, Altucher said the company developed a pre-iPhone years before Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) and now has severely disrupted Apple's patent case versus Samsung. He said the company could now find itself a takeover target that could boost the stock to $30 per share.

Thomas Properties Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: TPGI) 19.7% HIGHER; has entered into a definitive purchase agreement with certain institutional accredited investors affiliated with Madison International Realty with respect to the private placement of 8,695,693 shares of its common stock at a purchase price of $5.75, per share, for expected gross proceeds of approximately $50 million before payment of estimated transaction expenses.

Pep Boys - Manny, Moe & Jack (NYSE: PBY) 19.4% LOWER; announced buyer The Gores Group has terminated the deal to acquire the company. The Gores Group has agreed to pay Pep Boys a fee of $50 million and to reimburse Pep Boys for certain merger-related expenses.

Synergetics USA, Inc. (Nasdaq: SURG) 18.8% LOWER; offers prelim. Q3 sales of $14.4-$14.7 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $16.1 million. Looking for EPS of 4-6 cents before a 1 cent writedown.

Magal Security Systems Ltd (NASDAQ: MAGS) 17.6% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.00, versus ($0.15) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $15.6 million, versus $11.5 million reported last year.

Teavana Holdings (NYSE: TEA) 16.8% LOWER; reported Q1 adj-EPS of $0.10, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.10. Revenue for the quarter came in at $44.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $45.11 million. Reaffirmed FY2012 guidance.
