TowneBank (NASDAQ: TOWN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share, or $0.32 annualized. This is a 3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.07767.

The dividend will be payable on July 12, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 29, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 27, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.6 percent.
