Wells Fargo maintains an 'Outperform' on Vertex (NASDAQ: VRTX).

Analyst, Brian Abrahams, said, "While we are slightly disappointed by the less robust data, the Kalydeco/'809 combo still clearly appears active to us and we believe should still have multibillion dollar potential. While we expect some downside on this news, the premarket share downside of $10+ seems excessive to us and we would be buyers on weakness."
