EMC Insurance Corp. (Nasdaq: EMCI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.80 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 11, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 4, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 31, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.0 percent.
