Jefferies commented on Westport Innovations (NASDAQ: WPRT) following the company's first US investor day, calling it a "mixed bag."
The firm comments, "Westport's first US investor day was, in our view, a mixed bag, providing a good high-level introduction to the company and a direct response to key bear points. A paucity of detail on near-term trends, possible catalysts this summer, incremental economics, or earnings targets contributed to an 11% decline in the shares, particularly as incremental positives were tucked in the details. We expect more significant catalysts this summer."
Jefferies maintained their Buy rating and $55 price target.
