OneBeacon Insurance (NYSE: OB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per share, or $0.84 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 28, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 15, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 13, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.4 percent.
