Brean Murray Carret & Co. maintains a 'Hold' on Take-Two Interactive (NASDAQ: TTWO).
Analyst, Todd Mitchell, said, "Take-Two has a strong release slate for fiscal 2013, with each quarter anchored by a well known franchise. However, we believe the company cannot reach guidance without GTA V. We look for GTA in fiscal 3Q13, filling the slot created by moving BioShock into fiscal 4Q13, while still spreading GTA’s impact over fiscal 2013 and fiscal 2014. We believe GTA will offer a robust multiplayer system and a significant amount of DLC trickled through fiscal 2014. We are currently modeling GTA sales of 11 million units during fiscal 3Q13 and look for sales of 5.6 million units during fiscal 2014. We believe sell-through of GTA could carry Take-Two to $1.4 billion in revenue and non-GAAP EPS of $1.80."
