Dell, Inc. (NASDAQ: DELL) 11.2% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.43, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.46. Revenue for the quarter came in at $14.42 billion versus the consensus estimate of $14.91 billion.

RailAmerica, Inc. (NYSE: RA) 9.8% HIGHER; today, in response to market rumors, stated that its Board of Directors is considering strategic alternatives, which may include a sale of the Company. In connection with its evaluation, the Company is engaged in preliminary discussions with third parties regarding a potential sale of the Company.

Guess?, Inc. (NYSE: GES) 9.6% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.30, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.27. Revenue for the quarter came in at $579.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $571.49 million. Sees Q2 2013 EPS of $0.48-$0.52, versus the consensus of $0.62. Sees Q2 2013 revenue of $625-$635 million, versus the consensus of $667.5 million. Reaffirmed its FY13 EPS guidance but lowered its sales outlook from $2.74-$2.78 billion to $2.7-$2.74 billion. Analysts are currently expecting FY13 sales of $2.74 billion.

Petsmart, Inc. (NASDAQ: PETM) 9.1% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.85, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of $0.73. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.63 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.6 billion. Sees FY2012 EPS of $3.19-$3.31, versus prior guidance of $3.02-$3.16 and the consensus of $3.14. Sees Q2 2012 EPS of $0.61-$0.65, versus the consensus of $0.65.

Take-Two Interactive Software (Nasdaq: TTWO) 6.6% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.60), $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.55). Revenue for the quarter came in at $148.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $139.86 million. Sees FY2013 EPS of $2.00-$2.25, versus the consensus of $2.77. Sees FY2013 revenue of $1.75-$1.85 billion, versus the consensus of $1.80 billion. Sees Q1 2013 EPS of $-0.75-$-0.60, versus the consensus of $0.14. Sees Q1 2013 revenue of $225-$275 million, versus the consensus of $302.08 million.

Avago Tech (NASDAQ: AVGO) 3% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.66, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.59. Revenue for the quarter came in at $577 million versus the consensus estimate of $577.67 million. Sees Q3 sales up 3-6%.

Qihoo 360 Technology (NYSE: QIHU) 1.8% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.21, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $69.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $60.47 million. Sees Q2 sales $72-$73 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $67.3 million.

Hoku (Nasdaq: HOKU) INDICATED LOWER; confirmed a substantial reduction in construction activities at the polysilicon production plant of Hoku Materials in Dec. 2011, and by last month (April 2012), all construction contractors had stopped work. As of March 31st, the company said preliminary estimates of cash, other assets and current liabilities were ~$7.7 million, $6.7 million, and $278.8 million, respectively. The Company announced that it received an additional loan from China Merchant's Bank, New York Branch, which is secured by a cash collateralized letter of credit drawn by Hoku's parent company, Tianwei New Energy Holdings Co., Ltd.
