Tupperware Brands Corp. (NYSE: TUP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.36 per share, or $1.44 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 6, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 20, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 18, 2012.
