Groupon (Nasdaq: GRPN) shares are volatile Friday morning -- certainly in anticipation of the most anticipated tech IPO in history (hint: Facebook) -- but also amid reports from the WSJ FINRA will review the May 14th 18 percent surge in the stock.
The stock jumped sharply hours ahead of a strong Q1 report and Q2 guidance. Shares of Groupon fell nearly 5 percent on Thursday as rumors first began making the rounds, and are continuing lower this morning. The stock is down about 1.5 percent to $12.22.
