Nomura Securities maintains a 'Buy' on Dollar Tree (NASDAQ: DLTR) price target raised from $100 to $108.

Analyst, Aram Rubinson, said, "DLTR’s Q1 EPS of $1.00 beat the Street and our $0.96 estimate. Two-year comps accelerated nicely to 12.7% from 11.2%. Per-foot levels rose 6% y-y and DSI’s increased 1 day to 78 days. The company ascribes higher merchandise levels partly to a ramping distribution network in Canada and mostly to greater freight in transit from overseas. We take more comfort in the apparent “newness” of the inventory. Purchases indicate that DLTR had bought for a +6.7% Q1 comp. Our 2012E EPS of $5.00 remains unchanged, while 2013E goes from $6.00 to $6.05."
