MDU Resources Group (NYSE: MDU) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.1675 per share, or $0.67 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 1, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 14, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 12, 2012.
