Barclays maintains an 'Equalweight' on Jack In The Box (NASDAQ: JACK) price target raised $1 to $25.

Analyst, Jeffrey A. Bernstein, said, "The new JACK (post refranchising) has emphasis on a heavily franchised Jack brand and an accelerated Qdoba growth profile. Specific to 2QF12, we believe the good outweigh the bad, driven by the Jack brand, with comp and ultimately EPS ahead of expectations, aided by easing commodity inflation."

Bernstein did note the disappointment in Qdoba and the reduction in FY12 growth, but expects stronger overall outlook and raises FY12 EPS estimate from $1.35 to $1.43 and FY13 from $1.65 to $1.75.
