Williams Cos. (WMB) Raises Quarterly Dividend 15.9% to $0.30; 4% Yield

Williams Cos. (NYSE: WMB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized. This is a 15.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.25875.

The dividend will be payable on June 25, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 8, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 6, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4 percent.
