J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM) volatility up 10.8 percent as shares are now down 2.4 percent on the session.
Earlier reports had J.P. Morgan's losses expanding by another $1 billion since last Thursday.
Good news is that volatility is nearly at par with its annual historical average. J.P. Morgan's volume is already well above the trailing three-month daily average.
Also of note, all but just a little bit of 2012 gains have been erased.
