Northrop Grumman (NOC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 10% to $0.55; Yields 3.7%

Northrop Grumman Corp. (NYSE: NOC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.55 per share, or $2.2 annualized. This is a 10% increase from the prior dividend of $0.50.

The dividend will be payable on June 13, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 28, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 23, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.7 percent.
