According to the WSJ late Monday, citing people familiar with the matter, Facebook (Nasdaq: FB) plans to price its IPO at $34 to $38 per share. The price range gives Facebook a valuation between $93 billion and $104 billion.
The previous range was from $28 to $35 per share.
At $104 billion, Facebook would be the most highly-valued American IPO in history.
