ASE (ASEI) Declares $0.50 Quarterly Dividend; 3% Yield

American Science and Engineering (NASDAQ: ASEI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share, or $2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 4, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 23, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 21, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3 percent.
