Auriga downgraded Dole (NYSE: DOLE) from Buy to Hold with a price target lowered to $10.00.

Analyst, Gary Albanese, said, "Since Dole's May 3 earnings release, its shares appreciated 15% to over $10. At the time, we reduced our price target to $10 to reflect the challenging pricing environment, especially in its commodity vegetable unit...While believe further upside may be limited based upon earnings over the next couple quarters, there remains a potential positive catalyst through the company's strategic review of its business segments, as detailed in our sum of the parts analysis. We believe the strategic review was the impetus for the recent share increase. However, we do not envision the strategic review to translate into the sale of the entire company.:
