Needham & Company maintains a 'Buy' on Dick's Sporting Goods (NYSE: DKS) price target of $52.00.

Analyst, Sean McGowan, said, "We believe the company will post solid sales and profit increases, with same-store sales up about 3.5%, and EPS up 30% from $0.30 to $0.39. Guidance is for SSS to be up 3-4%, and EPS of $0.36-0.38. Favorable weather in March and April may have pushed sales and EPS above the high end of guidance. We expect the company to reiterate and possibly raise its full-year guidance of SSS up 2-3% and EPS of $2.38-2.41 (including $0.03 from the fiscal year’s 53rd week). Our 2012 EPS estimate is currently $2.43, and we will revisit this following the earnings report."
