Old Republic International Corp. (NYSE: ORI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.1775 per share, or $0.71 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 5, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 1, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.4 percent.
