Raymond James upgrades Tempur-Pedic (NYSE: TPX) from Market Perform to Strong Buy.

Prudential Financial (NYSE: PRU) boosted by two:
  • Evercore Partners from Equalweight to Overweight, price target lowered from $71 to $65; and

  • Morgan Stanley from Equal Weight to Overweight with a price target of $66.
BofA/Merrill Lynch lifts Tesoro Corporation (NYSE: TSO) from Neural to Buy.

Keryx Biopharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: KERX) upgraded at two firms:
  • Ladenburg Thalmann from Neutral to Buy, new price target of $3; and

  • Roth Capital from Neutral to Buy, price target raised from $4 to $7.
