Canaccord Genuity maintains a 'Hold' on ESCO Technologies (NYSE: ESE) price target raised from $33 to $35.00.

Analyst, John Quealy, said, "FY12 visibility looks improved on the heels of healthy order flow and continued strength in Test and Filtration. While FY12 remains a transitional year, we watch for an opportunity to get constructive, as continued execution drives modest multiple expansion."

"Our FY12 revenue/EPS estimates adjust to $732.8M/$2.05 from a prior $730.9M/$2.05, while FY13 estimates are unchanged at $831M/$2.68."
